🌏 Why does delivery take 7–10 days?

All Sheli's products are carefully sourced and quality-checked directly from our suppliers in China. Every item passes through our Bangladesh warehouse before being dispatched to you — this ensures quality control but adds a few extra days compared to locally-stocked stores.

Your order is confirmed and payment is verified.

China → BD Warehouse (3–5 days)

Your item is dispatched from our China supplier and arrives at our Dhaka warehouse. Transit time varies depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions.

Quality check & packing (1 day)

We inspect, iron, and carefully package your item at our warehouse.

Local delivery (1–3 days)

Handed to our local courier — Dhaka gets it in 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–3 days.

Note: During peak seasons (Eid, public holidays) or due to international shipping delays, delivery may occasionally take up to 14 days. We'll notify you via SMS/WhatsApp if your order is affected.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

—You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation immediately after placing your order.
—When your item leaves our warehouse for local delivery, you will receive a tracking update.
—Business days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
—If your order hasn't arrived within 12 days of confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate.

Payment & COD

—We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
—Bank/mobile transfer (bKash, Nagad, bank) is also accepted — details provided at checkout.
—Please have the exact amount ready for COD orders to assist our delivery partners.
